BOUTIQUES: BLACKBIRD

+ Besides street wear I like to broaden my horizons and learn more about 'urban' fashion as well. And what I mean by 'urban' is instead of graphic t-shirts its more like cut-and-sewn clothing. So over the weekend I got the chance to visit a unique boutique that has been mentioned numerous times in GQ and Details magazine. The boutique is named Blackbird located in Ballard and sells men and women clothing as well as niknaks ranging from wallets, books, and candles. Next door there is also a candy shoppe that looks like those old town candy stores when a chocolate bar was only 5 cents. Surprisingly one of the workers was also a friend of mine who used to live in LA, small world.
