+ the darth vader project is curated and produced by dov kelemer and sarah jo marks of dke toys, it consists of 100 darth vader helmets re-imagined by the best underground artists and designers. it began four years ago and includes artists such as jermaine rogers, the pizz, dalek, paul frank, ron english, jeff soto, frank kozik, tokidoki, secret base, joe ledbetter, alex pardee, suckadelic, mister cartoon, and marc ecko. there will be a ten day auction in los angeles and the auction will begin on july 10, 2010 in philadelphia.
