Everyone who watches Saturday Night Live (SNL) probably has noticed those celebrity portraits of the guests on the show, but who is the photographer behind them? Wonder no longer because the photographer is, New York-based staff photographer, Mary Ellen Matthews. She has been working with SNL since 1999 and originally started her career working in film production and music publicity then later transitioned to entertainment photography. She definitely has her own signature style and is an important part of SNL.
